Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the flour to a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl add the yeast and a pinch of sugar.

  3. Add about 1/2 cup of warm water to the yeast blend.

  4. Add a generous pour of olive oil to the flour mix.

  5. Add the yeast blend to the flour. Add salt to taste.

  6. Stir until well combined.

  7. Add a generous pour of olive oil to your pizza stone / pan.

  8. Pour the flour mixture into the middle of the pan. Flour your hands and spread the mixture across the pan.

  9. Cover with a dishcloth and allow to sit for 2 hours to rise.

  10. Spread your pizza sauce and bake!
