8 cups All-Purpose Flour or Polselli Classica
2 tablespoons yeast
Pinch of sugar
Olive oil
Salt
Add the flour to a large bowl.
Add about 1/2 cup of warm water to the yeast blend.
Add a generous pour of olive oil to the flour mix.
Add the yeast blend to the flour. Add salt to taste.
Stir until well combined.
Add a generous pour of olive oil to your pizza stone / pan.
Pour the flour mixture into the middle of the pan. Flour your hands and spread the mixture across the pan.
Cover with a dishcloth and allow to sit for 2 hours to rise.
Spread your pizza sauce and bake!
