Roasted Spiced Carrots
- 1/2 pound carrots
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and peel carrots and cut into fours.
- Coat the carrots in coconut oil.
- Sprinkle and then coat with garam masala.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. The carrots are finished when there is slight browning on edges.
