1/2 pound carrots
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and peel carrots and cut into fours.
Coat the carrots in coconut oil.
Sprinkle and then coat with garam masala.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. The carrots are finished when there is slight browning on edges.
